Cooling system
The air-cooling system can keep the temperature uniformity in the wine cooler. Your wine's taste and quality can be kept quite well under such cooling system.
1. Direct cooling system: It is a natural way of thermal conductance. Under direct cooling system, the temperature in different corner of the cabinet is different. the positions which are closer to the condenser will be cooler. According to our test, the temperature difference can reach above 10 ¡æ. Wine in such wine cooler can not be protected well
2. Air-cooling system: Under fan circulated air-cooling system, the cool air was blowed to and mixed in cabinet by fan, which ensure the temperature uniformity in the whole cabinet. You can set the most appropriate temperature to protect your favourite wine

COLTEK's Interior Cabinet was made by the injection of HIPS (high density plastics) which avoid the seam.The thinkness of COLTEK's cabinet is 4.9mm , which is more thicker than other companies's products (most of other wine coolers in the market is 4.0mm)
1. Thermal conductance: By using the foam to prevent thermal conductance between the interior and exterior, wine cooler can preserve its inner temperature, if the foam is wet, the thermal conductivity will increase and cause the temperature control ability becoming weak
2. Energy consumption: The energy consumption depends on the operation way of the wine cooler. If the temperature preservation ability of the product is low, the compressor has to work frequently to do refrigeration, this will increase the energy consumption.
3.Operate temperature: When the wine cooler is working under high temperature emvirenment, the temperature in the wine cooler can not reach the set temperature because of the high thermal conductance and low cooling ability of the compressor.
Some factories use rubber board to engage the cabinet , which leaves seam. Moisture in the cabinet will penetrate the foam through the seam day by day. Finally,the whole foam will be full of moisture and cause the temperature control ability becoming weak, then, the temperature preservation box will become a useless glass box.
According to our consistant test result :the thinnest part of the plastic sheet which was made by 4.9mm HIPS is 0.8mm, which is enough to protect the moisture from the foam.
Main case of wine cabinet
The main case of wine cabinet from COLTEK is made by 0.7mm cold rolled steel sheet, most other companies use 0.5mm cold rolled steel sheet.
The thickness of the main box is related to the intensity of the case, stronger main case can back high pressure to protect the case from distortion
